Problem receiving sms

I bought a new Samsung A52 5G. When I inserted 2 simkad ( Redone & Onexox), only Redone is functional well. My Onexox cannot received incoming sms, but can deliver out messages. 

Anyone have solution to this, I really apprexiate your assistance

Alhamdulillah. Problem solved 😀. After calling xox 3 times & the technical team support for the 3rd time.
Samsung Call Centre also haa been very helpful
