I have a problem with my Samsung smart tv.

I had a bug with the disney+ app. I deleted it and tried to reinstal it.

The tv said that I had to delete apps to make space for the new app.

I deleted all the apps I could delete, and I did not have enough space to install Disney+ again.

How could this happen??

I did a reset on the tv, and deleted again the 2 apps I could delete, and I still did not have enough storage space to install a 10 mb app...

I don't know what to do. Help me please, I need help.

And I can't connect to my samsung account on the tv, it says that the server is down? But I can connect to my account on a browser?

What is happening? My tv was working fine before I deleted the app! I don't know what to do.

Hi Frankydoo, could you share the model number and the serial number of the TV?
For older models, you will find the model code and serial number at the back of the TV. For a much newer Smart TV, you can get the model and serial number by going to Menu -> Support -> Contact Samsung You will find the following information.
