I heard that one of these two processor is not good because it makes your device hot faster. Which one eh? And why?

Exynos. it's because of the custom Mongoose core made by Samsung themselves. Rumours say that these issues will be fix next year with the Exynos 1000/2100 because Samsung will not use the Mongoose core anymore but instead, vanilla ARM cores. In fact, Samsung has fired the Mongoose core team.
