You can spend all the time in the world framing your shots, getting your lighting just right, and capturing the perfect moment — none of which does you much good if you can't find any of these awesome pics when you need them. That's why so many of us are enamored with Google Photos, and the powerful tools it offers to search through, browse, and organize your collection of thousands upon thousands of snapshots. Last month Google teased the arrival of a newly reorganized grid to improve discovery even more, and now we're starting to see pieces of it begin to arrive.
how I wish Samsung ditch its own Gallery, and opt for the Google Photo for a much more simplified access. Too bad Google Photos is utilising Google Drive cloud storage for all devices from June 2021 onwards.
still, Samsung could have ditched its Gallery and replace it with a combo of SnapSeed for entry editing, it's more fun than its own Samsung Photo Editor.
Actually, Google's services won't work with your PC and you will need a Chromebook to get the most from Google services. I now have no problem with Samsung and Microsoft's tied ecosystem, it just works seamlessly. Samsung could earn more profit by pushing its own services than pushing Google's. It is what makes Samsung devices different.
