So it seems that the March patch has been released for the S10:

My question is, is this the update that includes those bug fixes you were referring to?

Also, supposedly it doesn't include the improvements that the Note10 got:

No. It was the previous Feb patch in Europe who fixed it

BTA1 was a security-only release

Our March patch will get the fix. Firmware content varies per phone model (the Snapdragon unlocked dual-SIM is usually pretty late in terms of new content
