Where and how do I apply Live Wallpapers?

Long press on home screen - Wallpaper & Styles - My Wallpapers - Press on the three dots menu on top right and select Live Wallpaper.
The placement doesn't make sense to me.

Hi iAnimateYT ,  Please follow the given steps.

  1. long press the desktop on your home screen.
  2. select "wallpapers" 
  3. select "My Wallpapers"
  4. select the vertical 3 dots button
  5. select "Live Wallpapers"
  6. select the live wallpaper you're interested in configuring
  7. select the gear icon.
