Pag casual usage ka lng, social media, games, watching videos, etc., Okay na ang 2-4 GB (Naka-set ung akin sa 2GB)

Pero kung mahilig ka mag-multitask, 4-8GB

Note: No effect ang Ram Plus sa games at app performance.

To extend on Red0902's comment, Ram Plus will help you in running different apps altogether to ensure that you can go back from one app to another as smoothly as possible. This will be beneficial when you're either multitasking or gaming. I suggest you use it on what works for you best but also take into consideration the available storage space of your phone.

I can say with confidence that RAM Plus won't degrade your phone memory. It would just use a portion of your phone memory (which you can set and control as well) to enhance device functionality and memory management.
