RCS in Samsung Messages

I don't know when did this happen but did Samsung remove the chat feature in their own messaging app?

I tried there local koodo store. Unfortunately even the salesperson itself doesn't even heard of RCS. I'll try there online help or phone help

My carrier (Bell) told me to contact Samsung as they couldn't do anything. Does anyone happen to have a solution for this? My settings doesn't have the chat settings option either.

Curious if you got anywhere with Bell and RCS on the Galaxy s22 variant. Upgraded my S20+ to S22 last month and since then lost chat messages within Samsung messages. The option in settings to turn on "Chat Messages" is no longer there.

Samsung rep I talked to was actually kind of unaware that they discontinued it on my particular phone. He told me I have to use the Google text now which I do. I find it a little cartoony but it works. In using s10 plus.
