I purchased 75 inch tv in april 22 and in june 22, just after the 2 months a black shade is coming and the authorised service centre is saying back lights are fused.

what's the reason for that just after two months

A combination of poor Quality Control & "Overwhelming Success". 

Did they offer to replace or repair?

I'd think that after only 2 months they should replace it with a new one & a new warranty.

That's unacceptable as far as I'm concerned.
