Recently I'm getting these marks on my Galaxy A52 5G with the case on. I think this is common to all smartphones. Do you have any tips on how to remove them? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

This is common with phones that are plastic, I'd suggest covering the back of your phone with vinyls/skin to prevent these marks.

this one is a sample posted in my members app page -->

Hi! I'm Sam, your friendly Samsung Customer Service guy.

As for your concern, marks brought about by phone cases are due to the specks of dust gathered within prolonged usage. I suggest that you regularly remove the protective case, wipe the casing and device with a damp cloth or with just a really tiny amount of "WIPE OUT" to surely remove the marks left. 😊 Hope to have helped you! 😀 Keep on sharing good vibes and awesomeness! Stay safe. Enjoy the weekend!

Hello Support. I will be purchasing a new Samsung mobile device soon and considering trading in S20fe. Question is, will those type of embedded marks from the phone case affect getting the full trade in value? Case is solid,no scratches on front screen and battery still holds 100% charge level.

I've read an article that a toothpaste can remove those mark, I tried but nothing happened. Guess marks will stay and a minor issue for samsung phones with plastic backs and frames. My advise is avoid using clear cases.

Wipeout doesn't help either. I guess the best way is to hide them with skins.
