Moderators please explain to me why my post from yesterday was removed!!🙄

I posted the link to the article and it was informative for people to be careful of malware with their banking information since there were 22 cases of this happened in Canada and @RedDogRabbit followed up with good information for people to avoid malware

It did not violate any forum rules except maybe if you were the one spreading the malware

This is the post that disappeared

Did it automatically pulled because of the title where they thought that's what you're providing?? Haha only thing I can think of

The literacy rate in Canada is quite good, but apparently lacking in Samsung's "secret location".. 🙄

Would have thought that useful information posted on Samsung Members would be a benefit..

[Note to Self] Next time, cut 'n paste the useful information, so it appears to be "mod like" in it's origin..

It'd be great if @Ray1 had a screen shot of the post. Even better, Perhaps Samsung's Moderators have rectified the "technical glitch", and can restore the post!

Maybe (Samsung/moderators) they only want positive posts not negative posts and Ray1 post had too much sensitive information about something that made Samsung look vulnerable. 🤔 you would think posts like this are important and the reply from RedDogRabbit was important information how to avoid it.

Perhaps Samsung's Moderators will "find" the informative & helpful post.

@Ray1's posts are always valuable, granted not about the importance of staying hydrated, in hot weather, or dressing warmly in winter, and the revelation that water can be wet at room temperature.

Who knows, maybe we will see a hard hitting "helpful" tutorial on how to cut 'n paste?

Feliz Navidad 🎄🕊

@Kots21 there was nothing negative about the post - was just saying that this was a possible problem for people in Canada since there have been confirmed problems in Canada

This is the article I was linking to

I think that little kids might close their eyes, and make the scary monsters disappear.. Perhaps this is a new approach from Samsung to address potential threats lol 😂 🤙🏻

I read the article and there is nothing wrong with it but when companies like Samsung, Google and Apple promote that their products have the best security and then you see something like this it's negative press for them. Don't get me wrong these are very important posts sharing information to avoid problems that no one needs.

Possibly my post was removed because I posted under the new Solutions and Tips category before Samsung Sean got to tell us about it in his Christmas message??🤔 😢
