I recently bought a 55" 7th series premium RU7000 tv. The soundboard is a Samsaung NW700 alomg with the rear speakers and the subwoofer.
When I choose from 5he tv settings to use the soundboard connected by optical cable, the TV will maintain that mode for awhile and then sl i.p.o p back to tv speakers. I have also times the wireless connection and bluetooth and the something happens, the tv eventually forgets the soundbar asbthebchoice and slips back to the TV mode
I had the color calibration in my home from Best Buy and the technician saw it happen as well. Upon checking the Samsung Community i see that there are many customers having this issue.
SAMSUNG WHY ARE YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT NOT AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND HAVE GIVING FALSE FIXES LIKE RESETTING THEIR TV AND THE SOUNDBAR WHICH IS DOING NOTHING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!
