S23 bluetooth problems

Hey, so I have an s23 (not the plus or ultra) and I am having problems conecting to my headphones using bluetooth. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When it does work it plays the audio from the speakers and not the headphones. Any solutions?

If you use the media output button will control audio output. I know when i run my dual bluetooth speakers i havevto control output using that.
The media output is located if you drag down from the top of tge screen

Hi, We suggest you to please try to reset network settings on your phone and check.

1. Go to Settings, and then select General management.

2. Find and select Reset.

3. Choose Reset network settings.

4. Tap on the Reset settings button.

5. Tap on the Reset button.

Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth information connection are reset.
