Unfortunately we are not the only country with really bad service🙄

They produce really good products but the service if something goes wrong seems really bad- so far I have been one of the lucky ones to not need it

Wonder if posting articles about it might get their attention??

But Canada's so good at bad service (this coming from my 13 years here and 40 from the cesspool to the south).

Would be interesting to know how widespread this is. I haven't had many problems but the few times I've asked for help I found the responses fast and good.

Certainly the Samsung services in South boader are better.

I was going to write a scathing assessment of both Samsung's Canadian Customer Service and Samsung Members support, but I'll tone it down a bit (maybe a lot). 

 

While there are some qualified, competent employees with Samsung Canada, there is no shortage of those who aren't trained, aren't expérienced, and are not knowledgeable enough to post much other than copy & pasted answers. 

 

Anyone who has been here long enough, has seen the simplistic, approach to responding to issues, which ranges from offering a selection of isms "unicorns & rainbows", answers intended to make some think that it's an answer, to not even reading or understanding the questions.

Most unhelpful is when they delete useful posts, and edit their own, to cover up their errors..

Be honest, if you don't know, say so.
