Ako lang ba 'to o pati kayo na experience nyo? Everytime I call Samsung care member, very consistent sila in terms of being polite and courteous and they do what they say. Never failed to amaze me. Ramdam na ramdam ko yung customer care, alaga ako and they value me more than I expected. They went extra mile sa service nila kahit I had troubles with SMART, they gave me nothing but pure help & support. Their specialists are well trained hindi lang sa technical, but also with personal aspect. I'm so happy I decided to get Samsung and not the other brands. This is just for me and I want to share this with you. Kudos and thumbs up Samsung Care Member.

Totally agree. Both local or foreign Samsung support are excellent. Hoping pa din ako that #galaxybookpro360 will be made available in Ph.

All the more it's appreciated in this time of pandemic. When most companies halved their manpower, Samsung gives us 24/7 support 👍
