I just notice my galaxy M12 was bought back in 2021 november and im starting to experience Lag and stutters and my battery drains so fast sometimes even when off 50%-47%. What bothers me the most 2 times this year just few months ago phone be acting up restarting without notice when i play games buttons doesn't respond to what i do. Is there by chance to get an upgrade or get another phone i still have my warranty

First, make sure that your device is runninf the latest software. Try Wipe Cache Partition and Repair Apps through the recovery mode. If all else fails, bring your device to the nearest Samsung Service Center for diagnosis. Bring your proof of purchase.

hi there, make sure that your device is always up to date. As for the warranty, you may bring it to a Samsung Service Center to check you phone if the problem is under warranty.
