I checked other websites, same issue, no similar issues on chrome, no similar issue on the note10+ Samsung internet, so it might be the good lock- multistar- i 💘 galaxy foldable set up mess up the Samsung internet app

I experienced the same glitched when using Visa Checkout. The screen would just flash repeatedly. My guess is the rendering engine on Samsung Internet broke a bit during the last update. Wish there was a inspector tool to actually check but that's my educated guess on what's happening
