How long does it usually take for the Caribbean to get updates after the initial roll out in certain countries 🤔

if Apple can release an update like, iOS 18, for example, they release their software to every device immediately and I don't see why Samsung can't do the same.......my point is Samsung take a long time to fully release their software to all their supported devices whereas Apple hit a release button and at once, all update able devices get it. (I might switch to Apple just because of this)
