Since my note 5 until my note 9, I keep getting " can't verify fingerprint" . I tried deleting all fingerprint and signup but that failed. Factory reset and still doesn't work. Is there any further troubleshooting I can try?

here Samsung, please send to R&D or Samsung pass app developer. I even let your tech remote into my phone and visualize the entire step.
screenshots shows it fail with fingerprint and iris without any pre-registered biometrics.
video show error connecting you server on 2x note 5 and Oreo. then the detailed video on android pie fail registering fingerprint again. what's wrong and what advanced step can I perform to fix this?

Hey @ToddMan,
That sounds like a very frustrating issue... do you happen to have any adblockers installed on your phone? If you do, whitelisting Samsung Pass might fix the issue.
If not, then the issue is likely beyond my scope of knowledge 🙁 I will escalate this to the devs, however—thanks for bringing it to our attention!
Cheers,
Sabrina

Thank you. no adblocker since the note 5. fresh factory reset without signing to google or Samsung account and registering Samsung pass when nothing else was set up and it still failed...
Thank you for passing on the message. mush appreciated.
