Samsung pay vouchers disappeared

Anyone facing the same issue? I redeemed a voucher with my Samsung pay points and I wanted to use it. But it disappeared. It just says no vouchers! And it wasn't even expired? Please advise!

We're sorry for the experience. Can we trouble you to follow the below steps to submit an error report via our Samsung Pay app so that we may assist you accordingly?

Launch Samsung Pay> Tap 3 lines (top left)> Tap on setting> Tap on contact us> Tap on error report
