OthersWhat do you mean by "nine dimension access"?
Samsung's LockScreen is either a 4 Digit PIN, Password or Pattern.

OthersOkay, that makes sense lol. I've never heard "pattern unlock", referred to as "nine dimension". 😂 👍🏻

OthersYou should be able to Unlock the device using Samsung's Find My Mobile from a computer.
You should also have the "forgotten password" option, or "find another way" to unlock the device.
Also, I've never heard of having to wait 24 hours before trying again. I know that if you try to unlock it more than 20 times, the device will automatically Factory Reset, but you would have needed to set it up for that to happen.

OthersThe link you posted needs to be updated. Factory Resetting device will NOT give you access to your device if you forgot your password.
Factory Reset Protection (FRP) will require the password, or some other means of verification, ie: Text Message or Email.
