If you are using RAM+, you might want to look at the screen shot. 

Personally, I don't use RAM+ on any of my devices.

I don't use RAM+ at all, but it is there as an option, presumably for people who are temporarily using the system to it's maximum, possibly playing intensive games?

I just turn off Ram +, & I do heavy gaming on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra but I never overpass my 12GB of Ram

Did you know that iphones used swapped (Active memory is the memory used by the program currently running & and can be swapped out, it be temporary transferred to disk)
