As a long time consumer of Samsung phones I share the chairman's concerns. With what technologies does Samsung plan to innovate and lead?

I guess I'll be the black sheep here and say I disagree with the chairman. I think Samsung is putting less effort into innovating but more on refining, and that is absolutely a good thing.

I also think the chairman publicly saying he's disappointed could lead to a negative image of Samsung and consequently do a lot of harm.

I'm not a marketing or technology expert, though. I'm just expressing my opinion. Ultimately, I'm enjoying my brand new S24+. It's great so far, and I look forward to seeing how I feel in a month or two.
