Samsung's Customer Service?

I obviously was just wasting my time chatting with Samsung Canada's Customer Service.. 

 
They don't do what they say they will do! 
 
No follow up, nothing. 
 
In the transcript, you can see that Samsung's Customer Service Representative, was more interested in trying to sell me something, then actually take ownership of my concern! 
 
Fortunately, I don't need any Hardware / Software support.. but when Promotions don't work, and they don't bother getting back to you.. 
 
Do BETTER Samsung!

Samsung's Moderators never replied to my posts here on @samsung_ben's post announcing the Wallet Promotion either.. 🙄

Hi RedDogRabbit,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and certainly understand your disappointment and frustration on this issue.

Can you please confirm that you have made ten (10) successful Samsung Wallet purchase transactions via the Samsung Wallet App using an Eligible Card (an “Entry”). 

Once again sorry for the delay and please accept our sincerest of apologies for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you.

Of course I made 10 purchases with  eligible cards with Samsung Wallet.

Ultimately, that isn't even the point. I contacted Samsung Customer Support, I was told:

"Please do not be concerned about your Wallet purchases. I will escalate the issue with our higher team, who will contact you within 3 - 5 business days with an update via your registered email address."

I haven't received any email from Samsung Canada's Support.

The promotion ends tomorrow. 

At this point I don't care. It is however, baffling how Samsung Customer Support is able to be so inept.

Don't tell customers that you will be contacted, and then don't. It's not just promotions, but purchases, trade ins etc where I see this pattern of poor customer service & communication.

Yes I mentioned that no purchase was necessary back in June.

That's ultimately not even the point of my latest post on the subject.

It's about Samsung's shockingly poor Customer service.

If you say you are going to contact the Customer in 3 - 5 business days.. CONTACT the CUSTOMER!

If this was an isolated incident, sure, but it represents a pattern, all to familiar to many people here on Samsung Members...

Funny that at one point, I applied for a Samsung customer service job 🤣

I would've contacted everyone back if I promised it.

But hey, they never contacted me for the job 😂 I guess it isn't the case only for clients but even for potential employees

As @silbie123 mentioned you don't need to make 10 purchases to be entered into the draw. You can also enter via email. That will give you one entry but that being said you would not get a second entry with the purchases.
