Samsung S10 Battery Draining Issues

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Because of the new update from S10, my battery drains too fast even if I'm not using it. I also tried the factory reset and it was the same. I lose 6% every 6hrs. 

Hoping SAMSUNG will fix these issues like what Apple did when the issues on the battery where it drains faster after the new update was installed. 

It's like you’re forcing your consumer to buy a new device in the event that we don't want the new updates that affects the battery system. 

Please give us back the UPDATE supporting our LONGER and STRONGER battery for our devices. I've been using Samsung for almost 20 yrs and I believe you can fix it.

mag backup po muna kayo before mag reset :")

nag factory reset na ako... then natulog ako for 6hrs then ang nabawas without using wifi and anything 6% continues parin sya

ako po pala, naka optimize battery usage po mga apps ko and naka medium power saving mode po ako. nababawasan po akin ng 1 or 2% pagkagising ko ng umaga, minsan walang bawas, j6 lang po gamit ko 3000mah lang mag 2years na po niyan. After ko po mag update napansin ko din yung battery drain issue pero after ko mag reset ok na po

paano po ereset yung phone , same to you po , yung sa akin nga lang is 3,300 mah .

Opo J6+ po sainyo niyan. Make sure na i backup niyo muna mga kailangan niyo na files. Search niyo lang po sa settings reset makikita niyo na po doon.

kapag mag reset bah , babalik po ba sa dati yung update ng software. natapos ko na kasi yung April 1 na patch na update . ngayun ginamit ko yung battery saver . hindi na sya masyado mag drain yung battery nito

Kapag nag reset po di po kayo babalik sa Android 8.0 (yung unang version nung nabili niyo po J6+ niyo) pag nagreset po kayo parang bago ulet, isesetup niyo saka mag dodownload ulit kayo ng mga apps unless nag backup po kayo.

pag nagreset po kayo mawawala yung files na siguro nag ccause ng bug sa bagong update.
