My fridge keeps icing in the back, I had it repaired 3 x’s they tell me my floor is uneven and I needed replacement tube for water leakage. Charged me for $400 to fix. Here we are a year later same issue, we ordered the parts again and paid for the service tech to come out. I call Samsung upset and they tell me they won’t do anything, and I need to send work orders it all’s garbage I should start a class action lawsuit because when I Google this issue a lot of people have the same issue! The manual defrost won’t work because it doesn’t defrost the entire problem just the top part!

Nice way to shut down this thread on well known and documented defect in these fridges! Samsung selling a faulty designed appliance. Refuse to change manufacturing. Good work.
