Hi guys, i wanted to ask the process of trade in for samsung. I tried to read from their web page but got confused. Can anyone tell me the detailed process. Thanks in advance!
1. Select product to buy; 2. Select desired product specifications; 3. Scroll down > Samsung Trade-In > Yes, please; 4. Fill in your zipcode > fill in details of the particular device you're trading in; 5. Enter IMEI number (if it's a mobile device); 6. Answer the questions; 7. Agree to T&C and apply trade-in (payment upon collection of old device);* 8. Make payment to complete transaction; 9. A Samsung-authorised representative will reach out to arrange device trade-in;
*Do note that the trade in value are estimates, this will depend on final inspection prior to surrender of physical device to said representative
You should receive an e-mail later on next steps for the trade-in, our appointed representative (CompAsia) will reach out to arrange for pick-up (assessment and collection will be made on the spot).
