I Love Samsung TV Plus! I have recommended Samsung televisions to many people because of it. Lately I have found that the Samsung TV Plus commercial has been overplaying - The volume is higher than the programming, the bass is high, it has a wide range of tones that seem to cut through the atmosphere in such a way that it is literally headache inducing.
I am continually lowering the volume, then raising it for the programming. My Aunt owns a licensed sports restaurant. They have 4 75" Samsung TV's which play various samsung channels. As of late they have had to switch back to satellite television because of these commercials.
It may be a cool commercial or whatever, it has become a serious annoyance, especially over sound systems. Count the repetitions during a show, any show. After a while it starts affecting the psyche like that of nails on a chalkboard. 2 of my aunts clientele claim that it induces nausea.
When it plays in off timing on more than one sound system everyone takes note. Please Samsung, reduce it's frequency and PLEASE, match the volume to the programming!!!
