You can try / check a couple of things.

Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Advanced & Click on "History".. see if any apps are turning Bluetooth Off automatically.

Repeat the above for WiFi.

I have some apps which are intended to turn Off & On both.. Maybe that's what is happening to you?

You could also try Booting into Safe Mode & see if the same thing happens? If not, then it's likely to be a 3rd party app causing the issue for you.

If you have already tried a Factory Reset, did you Restore all your apps & settings?

If you did, you can try a Factory Reset & DO NOT Restore ANYTHING.. Just test to see if the issue is still there or not.

Other than that, the only thing left is to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

Hi Atitrangra,

That's really sad! We are sorry to hear this issue and appreciate your efforts in performing all the possible troubleshooting steps.

Unfortunately, nothing works and the issue is still there. As a last option, please get the device examined by the service technician to get it fixed.

To know the nearest Samsung Authorized Center, please visit the link provided above by RedDogRabbit.

Thank you.
