I received this notification lately. Can anyone help me to stop this... 

I've chk on Google, they asked me to go to Samsung Knox but I don't have Samsung Knox.

Im using Note Ultra 20.

I dont know sorry... It happened only once for me and its gone after i restart my phone

Have your phone in contract with mobile plan? I think that's the cause of this

I got solution... power off then on again, when u see telco notification, swipe it away but don't press it. 😉
