Shaw Direct missing menu item

Until recently I had a menu item for my shaw direct satellite tv box.  It has disappeared. Each time I want to watch satellite I need to go to source and pick HDMI 1.  Then I see my satellite TV.  

My Samsung smart TV is about 5 years old.

Just to confirm, are you able to watch the shaw direct satellite tv if you switch the source to HDMI 1. 

We suggest you to update the firmware on Shaw direct TV and check if that resolves the issue.
