I got one and it was wonderful for 10days ++.

today for some reason, it doesn't want to connect via my usb c cable to my MacBook pro. it worked fine for the past few days.
now I am looking all over the internet for solutions.

because it's a USB c issue, I first have to skim thru all the comments from people with the wrong cable.

so far I have found only 2 reviews that mention my issue both are from late February 2021 so there are not much solutions on the internet.

solved via live chat with Samsung.. factory reset essentially solved it.. felt it would be unfair to Samsung if I don't update this thread especially since they provided excellent & timely response.. but don't understand what caused it...

it's a great monitor/TV man. the features it comes with should be in every monitor but they aren't.
