VoLTE and VoWiFi activation for Smart Prepaid/TNT.

Sa mga gustong i-activate ang Smart Prepaid and TNT nila for VoLTE and VoWiFi, follow the steps below:
1. Download the "myPLDT Smart" app on Play Store/App Store.
2. Create a Smart/TNT account muna kung wala pa using your Smart/TNT number.
3. Once done, go to "View Account" then "Manage Account" and then "Help Ticket".
4. Create na tayo ng ticket request. Concern: Technical Category: Voice Connectivity Description/notes: VoLTE and VoWiFi activation due to poor reception indoors. Click Submit/Proceed.
5. SMARTCares will send you an SMS. Waiting time is about 120 hrs.
6. Usually within 24 hrs, activated na VoLTE and VoWiFi. A Smart representative will call you to confirm kung gumagana na.
7. Make sure na naka-On VoLTE and WiFi Calling under phone settings.
Sa mga hindi pa alam ang feature nang VoLTE and VoWiFi, let me share the basic functions. VoLTE stands for Voice Over LTE. Kapag meron kayo nito, your signal will stay in 4G kahit may tatawagan ka or kung may tatawag sa iyo. In the other words, you can still use 4G mobile data during a call. Unlike kapag walang VoLTE, your signal will fall back sa 3G or 2G. In addition, kapag activated na VoLTE, possible na rin yung ViLTE or Video Over LTE. Pwede mag-video call na naka-off ang data using regular load or active call promo. VoWiFi naman stands for Voice Over WiFi. Almost the same function with VoLTE pero mas kailangan 'to sa mga area na walang signal, halimbawa sa loob ng bahay. Kapag may VoWiFi, you can still make and receive calls and texts kahit walang signal as long as connected ka sa WiFi. Your WiFi will serve as your extended coverage.
