So disappoint

Hello. Actually, I don’t really want to write these things, but to be honest, I’m a bit disappointed with Samsung. I’ve always been Samsung’s, but now my phone will automatically shut down for no reason. This bothers me a lot and makes me very concerned about Samsung Disappointed No matter if the phone is very hot or not, it will automatically shut down. I also asked the customer service. So I followed the steps of the phone or the phone will shut down and I won’t buy Samsung again. I’m so disappointed.

Note 9 is only used for 1 year

u should bring it to service centre. 1 year old that's not normal unless u dropped it or some hardware damages.

when phone shut down or restart automatically it mean that the phone cannot handle

always do this always go to device memory and then clean memory. do this when you have time or do when you do heavy applications at your phone.

my phone have been using two and a half year (almost three year) is still strong and healthy playing heavy game like asphalt 9 no lagging no slow down. by the way my phone is running on a exynos
