If you can read, i think you should have noticed that Bixby contradicted itself. The second answer was right. i would understand if it would give me wrong answers for the weather but Bixby contradicted itself and was able to give the right answer thee second time.
If it were bing, it would have apologised for the confusion and will correct itself.
