How are the files still on my phone? The app isn't even installed. I don't know how to get rid of them?.....

Hi WildFern, Sometimes the device may contain unnecessary residual files and you could be able to clear out them by following the instructions below. From "Settings", swipe to and touch "Device care". Touch "Storage", and then touch "CLEAN NOW" to free up storage space. This will delete unnecessary data, such as cached and residual files.
