Unable to know which setting can turn of this

After automatically updating this shows up in the middle of screen. Now I am unable to remove it , just dragging on the screen. Don't know which setting is for this. Anyone ?

Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Please try the soft reset and check if the issue still persists.

Press and hold the Volume down and power button at the same time for 10 sec until the device restarts.

Hello,

That is the new accessibility button on Android 12.

To turn this off, go into

Settings > accessibility > advanced setting > accessibility button > select actions

And uncheck everything
