Update regarding Galaxy S22 and Tab S8 shipment delays

Hey Samsung Members,


We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.


Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.


Your feedback is valuable to us. Our customer service team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. All pre-order gifts and promotional items are guaranteed and will be delivered along with the devices as soon as inventory is made available.

I got the Samsung Canada email with FedEx tracking.  It's arriving tomorrow via Overnight Priority.  I'm in BC.  (I really now feel like a bot with the copy and paste).

Pre-ordered Feb 9th.

Status of "Arrives on" March 3rd (what a joke) 

"Preparing Dispatch" March 23 around 9:30am PT (42 days)

Samsung Canada email arrived around 4:30pm PT with FedEx tracking link. (48 days) (6 days from Preparing dispatch)

Yes, it arrived the next day.  I was surprised that the Overnight Priority was amazing and I got the package just before 2pm the next day, Wed March 30th.  I could have gotten it earlier since it was in the local depot early that morning.

Your customer service is a joke. How about hiring humans to deal with human problems. Where is my phone you have had my money for a month.

What I don't understand about this is you saying a product is in stock for purchase, give about a month's lead time for delivery and that money will be taken out of the account only after product has been received and NONE of that above is adhered to! I ordered my phone on the 2nd of March for delivery on 29th of March (that was even a long wait for me). On the 28th I received a message that "due to unforceen circumsatances, the delivery has been delayed". To say that I am dissappointed is an understatement! I was actually looking forward to geting my phone but here I am sitting here not knowing when the delivery will come through. On the hand, I also ordered some accessories for the phone with even worse results because money have been taken out of my account without  me receiving the products and not knowing when they will be delivered. This is hard to take for a Samsung enthusiast like me (I have your fridge, microwave, tablet, laptop, washing machine and phones). Please do somethig about this! Thanks
