Hi, I just want to now why can't I connect my headphones (beats) to my phone. My beats headphones are Bluetooth and they won't let me connect them to my cell phone and I just want them to answer because they can't connect

The problem may be your headphones, because if your headphones does not appear in the Bluetooth list, you have to configure it from your headphones
