The receipt and monitor doesn't match and the computer store website doesn't have the IPS model on their site.

I went to the store because the warranty has something about the manufacturer defects and the store doesn't want to uphold the warranty for Samsung Monitor.

Bleed:

Flickering in dramas and movies:

Fantasy_Lover_2-1762627233864.gifSorry for the background noise, I live on a busy street. The videos are taken on November 4th on Samsung phone. It's on Normal mode because Cool 2 and warm 2 makes it impossible for long term view on dramas.

Monitor Performance:

There's a bright light that overshones the content for some seconds and then the colour skin becomes different (orange and blue on cool 2, and warm 2), the tone on skins and plants have different content and it's present on dramas (I watch the movie on my phone because I couldn't handle the monitor defects)

(Also I don't know where to mention this but the upper guy (black shirt) I noticed a change in the employee’s response when I mentioned I had factory reset the monitor multiple times without resolving the issues. He then seemed to step away from the conversation.)

Testing Environment:

The store doesn't have a testing room inside unlike another store in Guyana with good customer service support on 2nd floor. The employee direct us to go outside through a door connected to the store and wait for assistance in the driveway with sunlight and it was at 10 AM. The test last for half an hour.

My experience:

The employee place the monitor on a bench outside in a driveway (the bench he put the montior on was directly under the sun) and i told the guy i think the monitor is glass and that I don't sit under the sun or rain and if there's a room with not a lot of sunlight and he says there's a storage room at the back which was not accessible. The guy after bringing another employee say it could be the reflection i'm seeing and i show him the pictures and videos, then the guy just left the room to deal with other customers.

Another employee came with a laptop and connected in multiple times because it was not connecting to the montior. He asked another employee for help and the employee wears a different colour top (I think it's to differentiate the employee status) . The upper employee give a seminar to the guy on how to connect a laptop and I had to wait for their discussion to be over. When they were talking I notice the montior has visible input lag and I inform the employee after the talk is over and the employee says the lag is normal which i still doubt.

Now the next test:

The colour tone affects the skin colour and the store says "the asian dramas i watch are meant to have these skintones and that the blacks in streaming service are at fault because indian drama blacks are not good" although Iqiyi nd Viki on my other devices doesn't have this issue he's talking about. Another store employee says that the blue and orange colour on the white 100 solid colour windows background is normal.

(The store have a lot of workers) Another guy says that I have to contact Samsung because the store aren't able to issue a refund or replacement because the replacement LCD monitor panels will suffer from this issue and it isn't a viable option. I insist on a replacement and got denied again.

I got directed to the upper guy again after i went in the store. He said  that I should have bought a OLED monitor if i don't want this prominent problem and they had one in stock and afterwards he said the store doesn't have any stock. The display store monitor the upper guy try to show have a problem on is priced at $120,000 Guyana dollars Samsung monitor 4x the price at my current monitor price, he was unable to try to point out how the issue of bleed is normal. He look like he give up and he point to another employee (red shirt) who came and assist me while the upper guy try to look for fault in the $120,000 store display monitor. The red shirt diverted my attention to a HP monitor that have the same bleed on the bottom but it was minimal and not distracting/severe as the monitor i bought less than 2 months ago.

The store employees’ explanations didn’t seem to align with the issues I was experiencing. They attributed the problems to external factors like my GPU or streaming service quality, but I’m not convinced this is the cause.

(The above pictures were taken on a Samung and Logic phone camera November 5th and I went to the store November 7th) During the store’s inspection, one of the employee handled the monitor roughly while connecting his laptop, leaving visible fingerprints and grease marks on the display surface. The screen was clean before the visit, as I always handle it carefully. Also there are workers moving boxes and the driveway is narrow causing me and my mother to stand up next to a drain, there's another guy who stand opposite us in the driveway.

I just check the reviews of the store and notice this:

Does anyone else have this problem in Guyana and got directed to post the issue on Samsung Forum?

Edit: I forgot to add the videos on cool mode:

I would like Samsung to review this case and confirm the official process for warranty service or replacement in Guyana, as the retailer has refused assistance. .
