😉 O ideal é interromper a luz azul, 2 horas antes de nos deitarmos, mas como é muito difícil nos separarmos de nossos smartphones, a solução encontrada é ativar o filtro de luz azul.

📱O Filtro de Luz Azul, em nossos Galaxy, pode ser ativado tanto pela Central de Notificações, quanto pelas Configurações.

‼️ Para ATIVAR:
1️⃣ Acesse as Configurações;
2️⃣ Toque em Visor;
3️⃣ Toque na opção “Proteção para conforto ocular” para abrir as opções adicionais;
4️⃣ Faça os ajustes necessários de opacidade e agendamento.
! !️ To ACTIVATE:
1️• Access settings;
2️• Tap Viewfinder;
3️• Tap the "Eye comfort protection" option to open additional options;
4️- Make the necessary opacity and scheduling adjustments.
Obs:. Vale lembrar que os prints tirados e os caminhos são baseados pelo o Android que uso que é o 12. Talvez alguns de vocês tenham versões diferentes, então pode ser que o caminhos, ícones, palavras entre outros sejam diferentes. Qualquer coisa só me avisar e o principal, se não acharem o caminho, tentam procurar no de vocês, pelo tema:
