Is there a way to have the Camera Button on the Lock Screen so that we can take urgent photos without having to do the security login step? Asking for both Flip4 (Open Full size mode) and S20FE

Yes there is. Settings - Lock Screen - Shortcuts

Apart from what @Zimanev has shared, another easy method is to set your side key (a.k.a your power button) to quick launch the camera.

Settings > Advanced features > Side key > Toggle on "Double press" > choose "Quick launch camera"
