You need to go to benefit tab on explore then look for the 50% off voucher.

I figured it out for me. I have a note 10+ but i bought it in the US hence i couldnt see any content in the benefits tab. Today i purchased the S21 ultra and now i see the benefits tab. I also talked to someone from samsung and they mentioned the product should be from the Philippines. Hope this helps :)

I also purchased my tab here in PH. But I guess it doesn't work on tab only on mobile phones perhaps. 🤔
