As a long-time Samsung user, I own a lot of Samsung products. This Christmas, as a gift for myself and my family, I took advantage of a special offer to buy a tablet and two mobile phones. But this was only the beginning of the nightmare experience. First my tablet order was cancelled and I reordered it on the advice of the live chat agent, only to have it cancelled again. The same goes for my two mobile phone orders. The problem, according to the online chat agent's reply, is that my bank did not authorize Samsung to transfer the money from my credit card, but after I contacted the bank to confirm the situation, it was found to be a complete lie. The bank confirmed that the money had been withheld by Samsung and my credit card was returned. Finally, the online messenger admitted that Samsung was to blame and said credit cards would not be accepted. I can't believe such an answer. It's totally unreasonable for a big, famous company to say they don't accept credit cards. A wonderful Christmas present has been completely ruined by Samsung
