It is a painful experience to try to redeem the Galaxy Buds Live.
What a pity that this experience destroyed all the marvelous service I received from your Sales staffs ( Shub and Andy) when I purchased my A52 in the Samsung Store in Westfield City Sydney.
1) Pls update Samsung to redeem an item STATUS from "SHIPPED" to processed.
2) Give your loyal Samsung fan honest information i.e. the redeem item takes 30 days to be processed.
To all my fellow Samsung fans, please be extra patient waiting for this "gift", just hope good things are really worth waiting. Keep smiling.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with redemption, @ausPooh. It is written within our terms and conditions that eligible claimants should allow at least thirty (30) days for delivery of the Gift from the date they receive notification from Samsung that they have submitted an Eligible Claim.
However we do understand the frustrations you have experienced, and appreciate your feedback on this.
