Twice my claims have been rejected because "Not participating retailer"
I need this sorted now!!
I pre-ordered specifically for the gift, I spent $1800!!
I've called over 10 times and keep getting hung up, email no reply, have put 2 claims both rejected
I am literally over it, I don't even want the tablet now
Someone help me, I've been waiting weeks!!!
All the people doing the claims are of different nationality and keep reading as Amazon not valid retailer, it's Amazon marketplace that's not valid
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, all the call people have hung up on me and even gotten angry at me saying "NOT VALID RETAILER"
I'm calling department of fair trading and ACCC tomorrow afternoon if this isn't sorted
