OK we have a question about bank coverage for Samsung Pay... specifically why TD bank card is not working in Samsung Pay. The answer to that question is that TD bank does not yet support Samsung Pay in Canada - only the US. We hope to work with new banks and are always looking to expand coverage for Canada.
We have another question in the community regarding the relationship between Samsung Galaxy store and Samsung Themes store.
The answer is that while they are separate 'stores' we have set up the experience to allow users to access the Themes Store (along with Games and Watch Faces) directly from the Galaxy Store. Content related to special offers and designers who we are promoting each week is available from the Themes Store itself. So - access the Themes Store from your main screen to see deals and highlighted content. Visit the Galaxy Store to download all apps and game content etc.
Why doesn't canada have rewards in Samsung pay, like the USA and some other countries have, even if its just rewards as in samsung gift cards and such (and not cash back) but honestly we should have it all

We don't have the official Samsung Rewards program in Canada mainly because we have national loyalty programs who we work with to reward customers. In our market, these programs are large and popular and customers can benefit from getting extra points from Samsung towards items that they may be saving for. For example - you can get Air Miles for using Samsung Pay to show your loyalty card at Air Miles partner locations across Canada. You can also get Bonus Miles from time to time for purchases made at Samsung stores or on Samsung.com. Stay tuned for more programs such as this across more services.
For the time being there are no plans for this that we know of in Canada - let us take this back to the global service product owners to see if there is a roadmap for this. I will post the reply that we get in this thread.
We have another question from Simba1 in the notice section - Will you add support for debit cards on the Galaxy Watch?
The answer is that we don't know timing as this requires some development work on the bank rail that supports debit. Samsung Members will be among the first to know once we have timing for this work.
Last question:) and comment, for a marketing tool for samsung pay I think it would beneficial to add more memberships cards. It would also be super cool to see you partner with say tim hortons where you can use samsung pay to scan the "reward" card I think more of that would draw people to use samsung pay.
