Personally, I'd never buy a phone based on a promo. Probably wouldn't buy anything based on a promo, you either want the product you're buying or not.
But yeah, if you purchased it & met the requirements for the promo, that's different.
Think it spells out quite clearly that the promo is for the first 17,750 phones only.

I think that there's a valid concern here. If the phone was pre-ordered & the issue was that Samsung was unable to deliver it in time to claim the e-voucher, as one of the first 17,750, seems that it's on Samsung to make some kind of concession.

What's interesting is that Samsung then ran a Flash Sale offering Ear Buds, which they will say they are allowed to offer this promotion, but really it just leave a bad taste in the mouth of all the people who purchased the phone with the promise of the early bird promotion, only to find out they've "run out" of evouchers.
