Bright Star no longer taking new trade ins

Hi all, I just went through the Trade-in process and went over to Bright Star for trade-in information, and they have a statement about no longer accepting new orders...? Does anyone know how I can go about the Trade Up process, please?

Trade-ins can be completed online or in-store by downloading the Samsung Trade-Up app. :)

Hi @Starlight79, you can only trade up one device per transaction.
