Bright Star no longer taking new trade ins

Hi all, I just went through the Trade-in process and went over to Bright Star for trade-in information, and they have a statement about no longer accepting new orders...? Does anyone know how I can go about the Trade Up process, please?

Hi, you can complete trade-up process by following the steps from our website: 

https://www.samsung.com/au/tradeup/ 

Trade-ins can be completed online or in-store by downloading the Samsung Trade-Up app. :)
